Introducing our Spring Forager’s Feast Menu 🌼
Spring has fully sprung, and the fields, hedgerows, and meadows are bursting with wild treasures. After the cosy magic of our Winter Forager’s Feast, back in January, we’re returning to the table—this time, with a menu that sings of sunshine, new growth, and the vibrant flavours of the season.
This exclusive, one-night-only banquet will feature a multi-course celebration of nature’s springtime bounty, all freshly foraged from our organic farm and the surrounding wilds. Carefully created by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, alongside professional forager and wild food educator, Craig Worrall of Edible Leeds, this menu is sure to excite and delight your tastebuds!

✨ Highlights from this menu include:
St. George's Mushrooms, a fitting ingredient to honour St.George's Day (23rd April)
Smoked eel with sweet freshwater crayfish and bitter watercress
"Royal" Mutton, a personal favourite of HRH King Charles III and sourced from the royal estate!
Yorkshire Rhubarb with meadowsweet and sweet cicely
..... and of course, wild garlic will feature as one of Spring's most abundant free foods!
