Located on our working organic farm, we offer a truly seasonal, farm-to-fork experience, where many of our ingredients travel zero food miles—straight from the fields to your plate.

Our menus are inspired by the landscape that surrounds us, featuring the freshest organic produce from our farm, as well as foraged ingredients from meadow, moorland, and hedgerow. We work in harmony with the seasons, ensuring that every dish reflects the natural abundance of the moment.
