Spring Forager’s Feast

Updated: Apr 10

A Celebration of Wild Flavours 🌿

Spring is in the air, and with it comes a bounty of fresh, foraged flavours just waiting to hit your plate. After the success of our Winter Forager’s Feast back in January, we’re bringing the experience back—this time, celebrating the bright, punchy, and delicate ingredients of spring.

On Friday 25th April, we’re hosting an exclusive banquet-style dinner, crafted around the freshest finds from our organic farm and the wild landscapes beyond. Think wild garlic, dandelion, fennel, three-cornered leek, and wood sorrel, all woven into a stunning multi-course menu designed to showcase the very best of the season.

Why a Spring Forager’s Feast?

If you have joined us for any of our Forager's Feast events, you’ll know just how much we love letting nature take the lead. From the earthy, and preserved rich flavours of cold-weather foraging to the bright, floral notes of spring, every season tells its own story on the plate.

This feast isn’t just about incredible food (though there’ll be plenty of that!); it’s about reconnecting with nature, eating with the seasons, and celebrating the wild ingredients growing right on our doorstep.

What to Expect

Just like last time, a welcome Forager's Cocktail will be offered on arrival and drinks will be available to purchase throughout the night (so maybe line up a taxi 😉).
